My head sets is about 8 yrs old and the mics were starting to go out. I put the new ones in work nee foam and works like new.

I very happy with the product , and customer service was great, spoke with a person right away, and discussed the problem, sent new microphone, and it’s working great again.

Headset was working fine. The next morning, I could hear, but not respond. Candice and a man in Service were so helpful getting me a replacement mic at no cost and I could use my existing gift card funds to pay for the overnight shipping. One day and back in the game!! Rugged Radios has always been great to work with!!!
